Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is holding a public information session to accompany the public comment period on a proposed air quality permit for Public Service Company of North Carolina’s (PSNC) Mill Spring Compressor Station on Silver Creek Road in Polk County.  Details on this hearing:
