Adopt-a-Highway Litter Sweep

When: Friday February 20 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Meeting Place: Griffin’s Cafe, Hendersonville (Intersection of Hwy 64 and South Mills Gap Road, 3779 Chimney Rock Road)
We will clean up litter along our Adopt-a-Highway section on South Mills Gap Road from 1PM – 3PM. Tools, safety vests, and gloves will be provided. This time we’ll start at the intersection of Hwy 64 and South Mills Gap Road. Volunteers must be able to walk moderate distances across rough terrain.
What to Wear:
- Work pants
- Long sleeves
- Dress for the weather
- Closed-toed shoes
What to Bring:
- Drinking Water
- Snacks
- Work gloves (if you have a personal pair)
