/ Community Engagement,

Happy National Volunteer Week!

April 18th – 24th was National Volunteer Week.

We want to extend a huge thank you to each and every one of you. During 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, we had 205 individual volunteers serve 5,811 hours to help us protect, restore, and inspire appreciation of the natural world. Through uncertainty, closures, and constant change you continued to stand by us and accomplished so much! We are so thankful for each hour of your time donated to help further our mission.

While we aren’t going to be able to celebrate with you in person, we would still like to honor those individuals that have gone above and beyond to support our mission. Below are the individuals who served over 50 hours with us in 2020.

Whether Tree (100+), Sapling (75-99), or Seedling (50-74), thank you so much for your continued dedication to the work we do at Conserving Carolina and for your volunteer service with us. Without all of you, we would not be able to do everything we do – Thank You!

PS: Don’t see your name up here? Make sure you’re logging your volunteer hours to receive the recognition you deserve!
