The Collider is a nonprofit global innovation center focused on catalyzing market-driven climate solutions. It builds companies that use weather and climate data to help humanity prepare, adapt and become resilient to intensifying climate change.

What is meant by “Climate Solutions”?

What are climate-related problems?

• Managing physical risk – what is most often termed “adaptation”.
• Managing transition risk – including “reporting” and “technical risk” like new technologies, as well as opportunities, including energy mix and efficiency.

A representative of The Collider will visit Hendersonville Green Drinks to tell us about the work they are doing in market-driven climate solutions and elaborate on the necessity of facing ongoing and foreseen issues with smart solutions.
