The winner chooses from three options:
OPTION 1: BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAIN ESCAPE – HELEN, GA
Step into a peaceful mountain retreat with a 4-night stay at Lucille’s Mountain Inn, tucked into the forested ridgelines just outside the Bavarian-style village of Helen, Georgia. This intimate getaway offers a blend of comfort and quiet connection to nature. Your stay includes a couples spa morning designed for deep relaxation, with the possibility of an additional spa treatment during low-season travel (based on availability). OPTION 2: AZORES & LISBON ESCAPE – PORTUGAL
Discover the wild beauty of the Azores with a 3–5 night stay on São Miguel Island, based in Ponta Delgada, with the option to extend your journey with 2 nights in Lisbon for a blend of island landscapes and historic city charm. This flexible itinerary offers a rare chance to experience volcanic terrain, lush Atlantic greenery, and Portuguese culture in one unforgettable trip. Explore the island’s dramatic volcanic heart on a guided full-day experience through Furnas and Nordeste, featuring forested valleys, waterfalls, crater lakes, and panoramic viewpoints over Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo. Along the way, enjoy visits to Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park and local pineapple and tea plantations unique to the region. OPTION 3: CUSTOM TRIP
Design your own unforgettable getaway with a travel credit of up to $3,000, planned in collaboration with Tamsin & Cooke, LLC. Whether you’re drawn to coastal retreats, mountain escapes, or cultural cities, your itinerary will be thoughtfully tailored to your travel style using trusted destinations and suppliers. This option offers flexibility within the curated travel services provided by Tamsin & Cooke, LLC, with full details and limitations outlined in the official Terms & Limitations. Custom planning includes up to five (5) hours of travel design and consultation. A seamless, stress- free way to turn your ideal trip into a beautifully planned experience.
Terms & Limitations:
Flights and transportation to and from the destination are not included unless specifically included in the selected travel package. The winner must complete travel within two (2) years of the drawing date. If the trip is not used within that period, the prize may be forfeited or transferred at the winner’s discretion, subject to approval by Conserving Carolina and Tamsin & Cooke, LLC.
Blackout dates, seasonal restrictions, availability limitations, and holiday surcharges may apply. Once travel arrangements have been confirmed and booked, all applicable cancellation, change, and supplier fees will be the responsibility of the winner.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, and may not be exchanged for money, reimbursement, gift cards, or any other cash equivalent. Reselling the trip is not permitted.
In lieu of selecting one of the featured trip packages, the winner may elect to receive a travel credit of up to $3,000 to be applied toward a single custom travel itinerary planned and booked through Tamsin & Cooke, LLC. This credit has no cash value and may only be used for travel products and services offered and booked by Tamsin & Cooke, LLC. The credit may not be applied toward self-booked travel arrangements, vacation rental properties not serviced by Tamsin & Cooke, LLC, cash reimbursements, or third-party bookings made outside of Tamsin & Cooke, LLC.
Any custom itinerary must fall within the scope of destinations, suppliers, accommodations, and travel-planning services offered by Tamsin & Cooke, LLC. Certain accommodations or booking platforms, including but not limited to Airbnb, VRBO, and similar vacation rental services, may not be available through Tamsin & Cooke, LLC and are not included in this prize.
The winner is entitled to up to five (5) hours of travel-planning and consultation services from Tamsin & Cooke, LLC in connection with the prize. These services include destination selection, itinerary development, supplier research, and booking coordination within the scope of services offered by Tamsin & Cooke, LLC.
The five-hour allotment includes all communications, consultations, itinerary revisions, research, and booking assistance provided on the winner’s behalf. Additional planning time requested by the winner beyond the included five (5) hours may be declined or, at the sole discretion of Tamsin & Cooke, LLC, billed directly to the winner at the travel advisor’s standard hourly rate.
To ensure efficient use of planning services, winners are encouraged to make decisions in a timely manner. Excessive destination changes, repeated itinerary revisions, or requests for services outside the scope of those offered by Tamsin & Cooke, LLC may reduce the planning time available for the trip and may not be accommodated. Unused planning hours have no cash value and may not be transferred, redeemed, or applied toward the cost of travel.
Any upgrades, additional travelers, optional activities, premium accommodations, taxes, fees, gratuities, and other expenses beyond the value of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
Fine amenities and travel preferences will be coordinated exclusively through Tamsin Allpress of Tamsin & Cooke, LLC. No substitutions, independent arrangements, or alternative travel advisors will be permitted.
The package does not include travel insurance. Neither Conserving Carolina nor Tamsin & Cooke, LLC shall be liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, travel disruption, supplier failure, cancellation, delay, or other claim arising from participation in or use of the prize. Winners are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance independently.
Conserving Carolina is required to report raffle prizes to the IRS. The winner must provide a completed W-9 form upon request.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms & Limitations and intend to participate in Conserving Carolina’s Trip Raffle. If I win the trip raffle, I agree to submit a completed W-9 form upon request and release Conserving Carolina, its employees, agents, directors, and Tamsin & Cooke, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and losses arising from my participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
