The winner chooses from three options:
OPTION 1: OUTER BANKS OCEANFRONT ESCAPE

OPTION 3: CUSTOM TRIP
Customize the trip of your choice with travel expert Tamsin Allpress of Tamsin & Cooke, LLC. Our 2014 trip raffle winner decided to use the raffle prize to fulfill a lifelong dream to take his family to Scotland. He told Tamsin that without this prize, he may never have been able to do it. “I can’t tell you how grateful we are for all your help in planning this special trip and how very much we enjoyed it. Everything was perfect!” The raffle prize is a $3,000 credit toward the trip of your choice. Please see terms and conditions below.
Terms & Limitations:
Flights and travel to the destination are not included. The winner must travel within two years of the drawing. Black-out dates and holiday restrictions may apply. Once the trip is booked, all applicable cancellation fees will apply. Additional costs, including taxes, will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner may customize the trip at an additional cost. Fine amenities and preferences will be coordinated only through Tamsin Allpress at Tamsin & Cooke, LLC.
The package does not include travel insurance, and neither Conserving Carolina nor Tamsin & Cooke, LLC will be held responsible for any personal damages, claims, thefts, injuries, trip disruptions, or disappointments. We encourage the winner to purchase travel insurance independently.
Reselling the trip is not permitted. The winner may choose to receive a credit of $3,000 in lieu of one of the two trips described above, to be used with Tamsin & Cooke, LLC for a single trip. The winner will not receive a cash prize, and there is no cash value to the prize, whether in part or whole. The package may be given away at the winner’s discretion within the two year limit.
Conserving Carolina is obligated to report raffle prizes to the IRS. The winner will be required to submit a W-9 form to Conserving Carolina for this purpose.
Ticket Purchase Agreement: By purchasing a raffle ticket, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing and confirm my intent to participate in Conserving Carolina’s Trip Raffle. I agree to submit a completed W-9 form to Conserving Carolina upon request. I hereby waive and release Conserving Carolina, its employees, agents, and directors, and Tamsin & Cooke, LLC from any and all claims for damages, liabilities, and losses which accrue to me as a result of my participation.
