Rebekah grew up in Alabama and fell in love with the mountains of western North Carolina while visiting Montreat each summer. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Auburn University and a JD from Tulane Law School with a certificate in Environmental Law. As Assistant Director for Programs she conducts land protection projects with a focus on public recreational assets, manages program-related grants and donations, and leads the organization’s public policy initiatives. Rebekah enjoys exploring the mountains and rivers of North Carolina and beyond.
