Jenn Tutor brings a grounded and purpose-driven approach to her role as Development Director. A Greenville, SC native, Jenn’s journey led her to Warren Wilson College, where she earned a degree in Environmental Studies. Her commitment to conservation began as an AmeriCorps member with Conserving Carolina in 2012, evolving into a permanent staff position in 2014.

While initially contributing to the Land Protection department, Jenn later found her true passion in fundraising. With a genuine love for philanthropy and relationship-building, she thrives on connecting people’s passions with meaningful opportunities for giving. Jenn’s dedication extends beyond the office. She is deeply passionate about conserving biodiversity and natural areas in the region and fostering a connection between people and nature.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Jenn finds solace in the outdoors—whether taking leisurely walks with her dog, reading a book on her deck, or conquering her fear of heights through rock climbing challenges. In all aspects of her life, Jenn Tutor remains rooted in her commitment to conservation and the art of connecting people with the causes they care about.
