Morgan grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina where she spent most of her childhood exploring the outdoors. These early experiences in nature helped Morgan develop a love of the natural world that led her to study biology at NC State University. During her undergraduate studies, she discovered a passion for environmental education through her work at the Greensboro Science Center and NC Museum of Natural Sciences. Morgan graduated from NC State in May 2023 with a degree in biology and a minor in wildlife sciences. This past summer she served as an ACE education assistant at Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Morgan is excited to return to the Smokies and continue sharing her love of the natural world with others.
