Speaker: Wildlife Biologist, Rob Gudger

Rob will discuss the biology of wolves and their relation to dogs, myths surrounding this misunderstood animal, and allow the audience see first-hand what makes these animals so remarkable. Rob raises Timber Wolves (Canis lupus) and he’ll be bringing a LIVE wolf to the library to educate and amaze the audience. This is a kid friendly event!

Rob has his Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology and Animal Husbandry from NC State. His environmental work includes working for Duke Power on Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee for 24 years and he has educated the public about wolves for 30 years.
