Join us for this educational workshop featuring North Carolina LNT State Advocate, Joe Ruppe, who will speak about the Leave No Trace principles and how he got involved with this nation-wide organization. Ruppe teaches groups throughout much of Western North Carolina, including the Great Smokies, DuPont State Recreational Forest, and more. After Ruppe speaks, there will be an activity to test your LNT knowledge and participants will get a chance to make their own booklet keychains with each of the seven principles.

Come out to learn how to sustainably hike and enjoy the outdoors! All ages and experience levels are welcome.
