Green Friday Forest Bathing Retreat, 2pm November 29

Let’s turn Black Friday GREEN, swapping retail therapy for forest therapy. Together, we’ll quiet our weary minds and awaken our senses in this immersive nature connection retreat. During this seasonal transition, we’ll mark the threshold between fall and winter, honoring this time of rest and inward reflection with gratitude and contemplation.

Your guide, Kelly Bruce, will lead you on a gentle journey through the fall forest, weaving mindfulness, breathwork, forest bathing and nature therapy together for a restorative experience. We’ll celebrate in community with a wild-foraged tea ceremony and snacks.

Allow 2.5 to 3 hours for this experience, which traverses uneven terrain with a moderate grade, approximately one mile in distance. Bring an open mind and an open heart. Advance reservations required. Space limited to 12 people.

Kelly Bruce is a writer, forest therapy guide and nature connection mentor based in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her mission is to help others deepen their connection with nature, community and Self. Kelly is an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Certified Guide and Certification Consultant. She is Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified by the American Red Cross.
