Join us for a litter cleanup on the beautiful Oklawaha Greenway!

When: October 29th, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Meet: Oklawaha Greenway parking area across from Berkeley Mills Park. Look for a Conserving Carolina sign to guide you to the parking area.

The Oklawaha Greenway provides a green recreational space for the City of Hendersonville and we want to make sure it stays clear of litter! We will clean up litter along Conserving Carolina’s two-mile Adopt-a-Greenway section from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Volunteers must be able to walk moderate distances (~3-miles) and may need to bend over to pick up trash. All tools and gloves will be provided.

What to Wear:

Work pants, long sleeves; dress for the weather

Close-toed shoes

What to Bring:

Water, snacks.

Work gloves (if you have a personal pair)
