Adopt-a-Greenway Litter Clean-up

Join us for a community greenway cleanup on the beautiful Oklawaha Greenway!
When: October 25th, 3:30 p.m.. – 5:00 p.m.
Meet: Oklawaha Greenway parking area across from Berkeley Mills Park
The Oklawaha Greenway provides a green recreational space for the City of Hendersonville and we want to make sure it stays clean of litter! We will clean up litter along Conserving Carolina’s two-mile Adopt-a-Greenway section from 3:30– 5PM.
Volunteers must be able to walk moderate distances (~3-miles) and may need to bend over to pick up trash. All tools and gloves will be provided.
What to Wear:
Work pants, long sleeves; dress for the weather
Close-toed shoes
What to Bring:
Water, snacks or lunch
Work gloves (if you have a personal pair)
