Forest Bathing: A Retreat Amidst the Harvest Season

September 14 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Celebrate abundance, balance and equilibrium during this immersive morning nature connection retreat! During this seasonal transition, we’ll mark the threshold between summer and fall, honoring the Earth’s bountiful harvest while slowing down, awakening our senses, and practicing embodied acts of gratitude.

Your guide, Kelly Bruce, will lead you on a colorful journey through the early autumn forest, weaving mindfulness, breathwork, forest bathing and nature therapy together for a restorative morning at Transfiguration Preserve. We’ll celebrate the experience in community with a wild-foraged tea ceremony and snacks. Bring an open mind and an open heart. All are welcome. Advance reservations required.

Kelly Bruce is a writer, forest therapy guide and nature connection mentor based in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her mission is to help others deepen their connection with nature, community and Self. Kelly is an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Certified Guide and Certification Consultant. She is Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified by the American Red Cross.

Registration is limited to 12 participants.
