Carol Roberson and her husband Richard Mills retired to Brevard in 2019. They have been active with Conserving Carolina since 2020 and are members of the French Broad Stewards and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee. Carol has graduate degrees in soil science and clinical psychology and taught Human Development and Family Studies courses at Auburn University for many years. While at Auburn she served on the boards of the Women’s Resource Center and the Sustainability Initiative. She enjoys hiking, running, paddling and gardening with native plants. She is delighted to serve on the board of Conserving Carolina.
