Come join us for our next volunteer-only hike through the Bradley Nature Preserve at Alexander’s Ford! Lead by Trevor Freeman and Will Caldwell, the Overmountain Victory Trail National Park Service Ranger, we will learn the history of the Overmountain Men – a rag-tag group of area militia that chased down a British general during the Revolutionary War and won a pivotal battle at Kings Mountain.

Total hiking distance is 3 miles. Must be a regular volunteer to attend!

Meet at Bradley Nature Preserve at Alexander’s Ford at 11AM.

Please wear layers and closed-toe hiking shoes. Bring water and a lunch to eat along the hike!
