Join conserving Carolina in removing invasive species and protecting rare plants and habitat!

Nearly 5,000 acres of bogs were once found in North Carolina but today only about 500 acres remain. Help us conserve this rare habitat by removing invasive plant species! Please wear long pants, closed-toed shoes (waterproof shoes/boots are preferred), and bring a lunch along with plenty of water. We will provide all tools, gloves, and plant identification for the day.
