Gary will discuss the ways that the Spartanburg Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) carries out its mission – to promote the wise and responsible use of our natural resources through education, demonstration, and technical services for the benefit of all citizens of Spartanburg County.

SWCD Commissioner, Gary Sayre Jr. was selected to serve the remainder of Bryan Johnson’s vacant term in early 2018. Gary lives in the Pauline area where he owns and manages land for timber production and wildlife habitat.
