Come and learn about the snakes of North Carolina with an emphasis on those species occurring in the western part of the state. We’ll discuss identification, natural history, and conservation of these amazing creatures. Common misconceptions, myths, and fears about these often maligned reptiles will also be explored.

There will be LIVE snakes to see too, so this will be a great program to bring the kids to!
