Fall Hiking Series – Panthertown Valley

Join us for an adventurous hike in our fall hiking series!
- Meet: in the parking area west of Home Trust Bank, 651 W. Mills St., Columbus; 8:30 a.m.
- Hiking Distance: 5.6 miles round-trip
- Elevation Gain: 764 feet
- Difficulty: Moderate
- Trail type: Loop
- Drive time: > 1.5 hours
Hikers will head to Panthertown Valley in Nantahala National Forest. The hike will lead hikers to Schoolhouse Falls, up Little Green Mountain, and down to Greenland Creek Falls before returning to the parking area. THERE MAY BE A WET CROSSING ON THIS TRAIL.
