Essential Oils: Daily Wellness Habits
October 13, 2018 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Join Conserving Carolina for a free lecture on “Essential Oils: Daily Wellness Habits,” presented by Stephanie Junge on Saturday, October 13 at 10:30 a.m. at the Anne Elizabeth Suratt Nature Center at Walnut Creek Preserve.
Essential oils are used for everything from green cleaning supplies to remedies for common ailments. Pure essential oils are made without fillers or artificial contaminants and are completely organic. These oils are 100% of the essential oils derived from trees, bark, leaves, and flowers. Stephanie will share a guide to habits you can incorporate into your daily routine that will help support your health by using Mother Nature’s gift of essential oils.
After the presentation, Stephanie will be offering a hands-on, fun, and informative workshop where you will make your own essential oils to take home! The “Make and Take” workshop includes four (4) roll-on bottles filled with the essential oils of your choice, a set of labels, instruction on the use of essential oils, and tips on how to use essential oils in your daily routine. The workshop is $20 per person. Limited space is available and pre-registration, by October 1, is required.
Wellness is a lifestyle and daily habits make all the difference.
