DESCRIPTION:Date: November 9\, 2026 \nTime: 3:30 p.m. \nLocation: Edneyville Library \nSpeaker: Alan Cameron \nDiscover how to program\, position\, and deploy game cameras in forests or even your own backyard to capture candid photos and videos of local wildlife. This guide covers everything from choosing the right equipment to setting up your camera for the best shots\, helping you observe animals in their natural habitats with ease. \nAlan Cameron has been a volunteer with the NC Wildlife Resources Commission for the last 20 years.  One of the methods he uses in his research is deploying game cameras.  He currently has about 30 cameras active in DuPont State Forest. \n*Space is limited and pre-registration is required by visiting the Edneyville Library’s calendar of events [link coming soon!].  \n \nThe Edneyville Library programs are made possible thanks to our partnership with the Henderson County Public Library. \nContact Pam Torlina\, pam@conservingcarolina.org\, with questions or for more information.
