DESCRIPTION:Green Friday Forest Bathing Retreat\, 2pm November 29 \nLet’s turn Black Friday GREEN\, swapping retail therapy for forest therapy. Together\, we’ll quiet our weary minds and awaken our senses in this immersive nature connection retreat. During this seasonal transition\, we’ll mark the threshold between fall and winter\, honoring this time of rest and inward reflection with gratitude and contemplation. \nYour guide\, Kelly Bruce\, will lead you on a gentle journey through the fall forest\, weaving mindfulness\, breathwork\, forest bathing and nature therapy together for a restorative experience. We’ll celebrate in community with a wild-foraged tea ceremony and snacks. \nAllow 2.5 to 3 hours for this experience\, which traverses uneven terrain with a moderate grade\, approximately one mile in distance. Bring an open mind and an open heart. Advance reservations required.
