Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup: South Mills Gap Road in Edneyville

Tons of trash covers the roadsides around Western North Carolina–help us make that first step in returning our area to its natural beauty! Conserving Carolina will be participating in the Annual Litter Sweep, cleaning up our adopted section of highway.
After the clean-up, join us on an optional, guided hike up nearby conserved Bearwallow Mountain and view our amazing region from above!
Meet at the Exxon located at the corner of South Mills Gap and Chimney Rock Road in Edneyville (3779 Chimney Rock Rd, Hendersonville) at 10AM or at the Conserving Carolina office at 9:30AM. Wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and bring water, snacks, and lunch.
